EXTERIOR HOUSE SOFT-WASHING (FULL / PARTIAL)

Using cleaning detergents and a low-pressure washing approach, our soft-washing service will bring the exterior of your house back to its original glory.

PLEASE NOTE: Our price is dependent on factors such as the volume of material and ease of access to the surfaces which require cleaning. An additional cost may occur if we are required to move or cover any items in the area of cleaning to ensure no exposure to the cleaning detergents.

HIGH-PRESSURE WASHING

Our high-pressure washing service involves the washing of bricks, concrete drives and pathways using a commercial grade pressure washer and surface cleaner.

PLEASE NOTE: Our price is dependent on factors such as the volume of material and ease of access to the surfaces which require cleaning. An additional cost may occur if we are required to move any items away from in the area(s) to be cleaned.

GUTTER CLEANING

Our gutter cleaning service involves the removal of debris and blockages from inside the gutters and downpipes, and includes the removal any debris located on the roof and in roof valleys.

ROOF SOFT-WASHING / CLEANING

Using cleaning detergents and a low-pressure washing approach, our soft-washing service will bring your roof, as well as the inside and underside of gutters, back to its original glory.

Colourbond: $3 to $5 per square metre

PLEASE NOTE: Our prices are based on factors such as the pitch of the roof, ease of access, and volume of organic material to be cleaned from the roof. A gutter cleaning service must always be carried out to ensure the safe passage of water and debris during the cleaning process. In almost all cases, this is included in the price. However, an additional cost may apply if the gutter cleaning service requires a significant amount of labour due to being full and / or hard to access.

WINDOW CLEANING

Our interior and / or exterior window cleaning service includes the use of a mop-and-squeegee approach in almost all cases.

FREE QUOTE UPON INSPECTION

PLEASE NOTE: Our window cleaning service includes a wipe-down of the frames, sills, tracks and fly screens as part of the price. By default, we do not usually remove construction marks, such as silicone and paint, as they involve a significant amount of additional labour to clean. Though we may suggest a deeper cleaning service (which we refer to as a “construction clean” or “deep clean”) if we discover such marks upon inspection, we also kindly ask that you notify us if you would prefer us to deepen our cleaning approach to any of the areas highlighted above, with the understanding that this will likely incur an additional cost.

SOLAR PANEL CLEANING

Our solar panel cleaning service involves the scrubbing-off of dirt and debris located on the glass of each panel, using a special medium-soft bristle brush and water.

Up to 30 solar panels:

31+ Solar panels:

CHIMNEY CLEANING

Our chimney cleaning service involves a top-down chimney flue and stove / fireplace cleaning approach, using a specialist brush and a HEPA filter industrial vacuum.

MINOR ROOF AND LEAK INSPECTION AND REPAIR

Our minor roof and leak repair service includes the detection and patch-up of any suspected areas requiring repair, with the use of silicone in most cases.

PLEASE NOTE: Our price is based on call-out roof leak detection and repair service. We offer this service at a heavily discounted rate if it has been bundled with another one of our roof-based cleaning services, which includes gutter, solar panel, chimney, and roof cleaning services.

SWIMMING POOL CLEANING

Our swimming pool cleaning service restores the clarity and chemical balance to your swimming pool, through the process of 1 to 4 visits.

$110 per visit (the price is inclusive of all chemicals used during the cleaning process, with the exception of salt)
